Château d'Ollières – or a passionate commitment to wine in Provence. The spirit of the wine producer prevails at Château d'Ollières; our aim is to have that same dedication and replicate those same skills with generosity, assiduity and talent. On the ruins of the original medieval castle, an elegant château was built in the 17th century amidst 500 hectares of woods and 35 hectares of vines. Old parcels of vines producing wines with a subtle fruit character stand next to plots of different varieties planted more recently, the estate having been in the process of modernisation for the last three years with uprooting, re-planting, tilling, equipping of the winery (oak barrels and a cooling system)... From the vineyard to the vat room, pioneering viticultural practices are combined with a profound respect for tradition. The product of meticulous and careful efforts, Château d'Ollières wines are complex, aromatic and endowed with an elegance that makes them worthy of the finest tables.
